Our owner and head instructor Mr. Louis Nogueira
has over 35 years experience in the
Martial Arts, and is available for both
private and semi-private lessons.
Although the training
in the adult classes is vigorous, intense and compromising, the Dojo places
a high emphasis on SAFETY. All techniques are taught and practiced in
a safe environment.
